Onetime chairmanship aspirant in Udu Local Government Area of Delta State, Hon. Efeturi Onosorhue has congratulated H.E Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa on his reelection in the just concluded gubernatorial election in the state.
Efeturi, A chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party, (PDP), in his congratulatory message said, “The victory of Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa was ordained by God almighty for Deltans.
According to him, “The unifying factor, and grassroot mobilization of the governor gave him the much needed victory in Udu, and the entire State, and I enjoin the other candidates to join hands with His Excellency Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa to build a better Delta State.
“Despite the intimidating campaigns before the elections, Deltans believed in the abilty, and initiatives of the Smart workaholic governor, and his man management style, the governor has done very well with very little resources made available to him.
“In Udu, the Smart governor identified with us, gave the much needed attention, and today the result is what we have given back to him with our votes.
“We all expected The Smart governor’s reelection on Saturday, because his developmental prints across the three senatorial districts of the state were too visible to ignore, and now that he has won, we are expecting more for Deltans”. Efeturi said.
